Insurance Coverage and Fees

In am in network with Carefirst Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Carefirst Blue Choice, Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Kaiser Permanente, Cigna, Magellan, and Aetna.  If I am not in network with your insurance then I will submit a bill to your insurance company for payment if that is possible.  For those clients who have no insurance coverage, my rate per hour is reduced to $60.  I will be happy to discuss your insurance benefits and coverage in greater detail as each person’s benefits vary tremendously.
